What is Metro Private Line?
Carriers, such as Qwest, offer Metro Private Line (QMPL), which provides competitively priced service at speeds ranging from DS-1 to OC-192. Customers can connect two or more locations within the same metropolitan area with QMPL high quality, reliable and scalable service. Qwest also connects metropolitan networks to our international backbone to meet long distance and Internet needs. Qwest enables customers to extend their network reach within 42 metros across the U.S.

What are your Customer Service hours?
The service providers operate 24x7, 7 days a week. If you need to reach our headquarters office, we are available between 8am to 5pm MST.

How will I be billed?
We represent multiple companies and have negotiated competitive rates with each. You will be billed for the services you use by the underlying service provider.
